Hi, I am quite new on SAP business, but I am quite kean on Perl. I am curently in my last year of engeneer school, and the subject of my trainee deals with SAP. I am trying to retrieve data from SAP (R/3). I have been successuf in using RFC module, in initilizing the connection, and to call BAPI Employee_Get_Data, but I need some external datas. I need to acces to a particular SAP database, but everything I've tryed does not work (using RH BAPIs - it seems that they must bee ran on the server - or using a BAPI that shoul be able to read the infotype). Does anbody has already succedeed in accesing to a database and retrieving the fields cotained in this database ? I will really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks a lot. Paul.
