Query : Compatibility between DBI-1.37 & PERL 5.8.2

Hi, For our application running on Solaris8 we have been using DBI-1.37 module(downloaded from http://search.cpan.org/author/TIMB/DBI-1.37/). Our current version of PERL is v5.6.1. Now we are planning to setup our application on a new Solaris box which is having PERL 5.8.2. My query is if I install DBI-1.37 on this new server, will there be any compatibility issues. Regards PN
