I just finished my work on release 0.4 of Weather-Com. Due to technical problems I'll not be able to make this release available on CPAN before end of next week, but it's available for download now on my support webpage.

The main changes with this version (compared to 0.3.x) are:
  * reworked locations cache to be able to support search for locations containing a '/'
  * introducing localization (translation) of all textual weather data
  * wrote lots of additional tests
  * fixed a bunch of minor bugs
