I am not used to this forum, so I hope I am putting this message in the right place. When I try to down load version 0.81 I get the following message:

ISA Server: extended error message : 200 Switching to Binary mode. 200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV. 550 Failed to open file.

I successfully downloaded version 0.80 from CPAN.
