Should be solved in Net::SIP version >= 0.25.
There was a bug that the parameter for authorization where not delimited by ','.
If it still does not work or if you have other problem please contact the author of the module (me) directly or at least let me know that you've posted something to cpanforum, it was only luck that I saw your message.
