Thanks for this report. I think the most likely cause is that
your 6.91 distribution got corrupted somehow because I
can't think of anything I changed between 6.89 and 6.91
that could possibly cause this problem.
If you can't get 6.91 working by erasing the temporary files
and re-downloading then re-installing, then perhaps the
thing to do is to wait for 6.92 (which should be out within
a week or so), and with any luck this will solve the problem.
