I'm trying to get it to work and when I try to run the "make install", it queries me for a directory path and won't accept what I give it! It continues to ask the same question over and over. I use /apps/rt/rt-3.6.4/whatever. I respond with /apps/rt/rt-3.6.4/lib which is exactly where RT.pm is. I still get the same response over and over, no matter how I enter the correct address.
