I tried adding -ext arw at the beginning of the command after the -d switch with no success but I was able to get it to work if I use it at the end just before the dir. I thought I would let you know because in your response you stated anywhere.
exiftool -r -d %%Y/%%B/%%d_%%A/%%d%%m%%Y_%%H%%M%%S%%%%-c.%%%%e "-filename<CreateDate" -ext arw C:\e
+xif\Test
Anyways thanks for all your help I am REALLY HAPPY that I was able to find this tool it is going to save me hours of work. I will be sharing this with all of my photographer friends.
