...I'm still new to PHP. What do I need to do to install this to start using it with PHP? I'll be using it on Red Hat Linux if that makes a difference. TIA Scorch

If you really mean PHP then you are in the wrong place. php.net might be better for you.

On the other hand if you are taliking about Perl then you need to download and install it. See search.cpan.org for more details about this module and perldoc on how to install modules.
