Somehow your browser re-submitted the form so you re-posted this
message. This has never happened to me, but many other people seem
to have this problem. (I think this may happen if you use your browser's
history to access the page that was returned after the form submission.)
But it also seems from the lack of responses that this confuses many people
and they miss my response in the original thread. So please see your
original thread
for my response, and try to avoid using your browser history to access
the post in the future.
